Cancellation & Refunds
Orders cancellations, change requests are possible only up to 3 days (72 Hours) before the delivery time. Such cancellations made well in advance will receive 100% refund. As all cakes are made to order as per the customer’s requirements, orders cannot be cancelled or changed beyond the above cancellation window.
To cancel or change an order, you would have to write a mail to support@shminz.com from your registered email ID. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment channel in 3 to 7 working days.
