All order cancellations to be initiated online. We accept cancellation requests until the cake order is taken up for production. An order is locked for production anytime within 48 hours before the delivery time. 

• Registered user can see the status of the order and cancel the order from “My Account” page.
• Guest users can cancel the orders from the order details page which can be accessed from the order confirmation mail.

All cancellations will receive 100% refund.  As all cakes are made to order as per the customer’s requirements, orders locked for production cannot be cancelled. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment channel within 3 to 7 working days.

Once created, orders cannot be changed. However you can cancel and reorder, provided the order is not locked for production.
