• We deliver across Bangalore, Chennai and Kochi. Orders are delivered as per the time slot and delivery date chosen by you.
• We are open all days of the year. You could select the delivery date and time slot of your choice on the checkout page.
• All Shminz cakes are made to order. We have certain number of delivery slots for various designs. We accept orders as long as we have free slots. You may book your slot up to 2 months in advance.
• All our cakes are shipped in boxes designed specifically for tall cakes. The foam padding inside the box perfectly holds the cake intact and protects it from any damage in transit.
• If customer is not reachable on phone or not available at the location to accept the delivery, the package will return to origin. For any delivery reattempt, the cost of return and re-delivery to be borne by the customer. Free shipping is applicable only for first attempt.
